Pier

Coastal Waves

I walk along the shore. The sky is dark. A pine forest stands tall and green along the rocky beach. Heavier clouds role in as rain sweeps across the sand. In the distance, the waves batter the weathered pier. A faint whiff of chimney smoke comes from a warm cabin somewhere nearby.

Pier is a masculine scent that attempts to capture this dreary wet marine-scape of the Pacific North-West.
